Dreading Weigh In

Does anybody else hate it???
I get myself worked up over it, and theres nowt I can do about it. I try and be good and stick to 1200-1400 cals a day, but come Monday & Tuesday, I get the munchies, (my weigh in is Wednesday evening)
 
I have to agree that i find it hard to stay 100% as the week goes on. I start of brilliantly but as the week goes on it gets harder and harder.

But you have lost an amzing 77lbs so you are clearly doing something right!
