every night i have been dreaming about food and eating it it feels so normal an realistic i actually wake up the next day feeling guilty for eating lol xx

Ha ha ha ha i had those types of dreams sooo often especially in the first few weeks they felt so real that i woke up angry and sad then relieved to realise it was only a dream... ha ha ha what goes on in our heads =D
haha at least its not only me then the one morning i felt like crying as i was convinced i had caved in and eaten chips then realised it was just a drream so had a shake lol xx
