Hi everyone, I'm new here and I've followed the Slimming World plan before but as there is no group here in Italy I have to do all by myself :sigh:
Can dried cranberries be counted as healthy extras?
My book doesn't list cranberries but lists other fruits like raisins and such, and surely they are the same thing?
