Dried peas

Hi guys, with my meal tonight Im having some dried peas that have been soaked over night, and Im on a green day, so thats fine... but tomorrow is going to be a red day, and I wanted to use some as a HE tomorrow. Does anyone know how many Im allowed.? Have checked my books but cant find it...

142/71g garden peas boiled - or 113g canned processed peas.

It doesn't mention dried peas, i'm guessing it will be the garden ones though?

The lower weight will be a speed weight i reckon. This is from the website not the book so I can't tell.

Sorry Debby, I can't help you on this one - I always go for the easy option and buy canned mushy pea's....
