Drinking water

I used to be a big water drinker, nearly 2ltrs a day!

Sincei started LT that all changed, at the minute I'm only drinking about a pint or so a day, my throat is so sore but i just can't drink that much water.

Does water in tea count.....I really need to sort myself out!

water really is so very important. I find it hard to get 3 litres down me but I know its what is literally washing out all the fat!

There is a really good post on here about water intake and how it is so important for your kidneys so that your liver doesnt take up the slack from the kidneys because they don't have enough water to work. Your liver metabolises (sp?) fat so you need to keep that in tip top condition to do the best job ever!

Apologies if you knew this already but its always good to get the info out there even if I'm just reminding myself as I always need a kick up the bum with drinking water!!
