Extra Easy Drinks help for someone new please! :)

Hi, this may seem like a really silly question, I was just wondering if you can actually drink too much. I have 4-5 cups of tea (with very little milk no sugar) and about 10+ glasses of water a day, will this stop me having a good loss as I'm worried I'm just filling myself with liquid! Thanks in advance :) x

Drinking lots of water keeps your system flushed through regularly, and keeps your metabolism going - so it's good stuff!

Your body can only hold so much water, so you're not going to fill yourself up like some sort of over-inflated toy!
