Just wanted to ask if there are certain drinks I should be avoiding (except non diet pop)? Should I be limiting how much tea I drink?

Nope. Tea is fine, Green tea is brilliant for water retention in fact!

I'm a great believer in green tea! I try to have at least one cup a day + my favourite is green tea + cranberry. I think it defiantly helps with water retention.
Also twinings is only £1 a box in tescos at the moment!
