I personally don't because it's usually only a couple of cals but I usually make sure I leave about 50 or so to account for this :)
 
Personally, no. I just can't be bothered and it's so little that it's not that big a deal, I don't think.
 
Nope, just make sure they are no added sugar lol I drink volvic touch of fruit mainly x

It depends on how I feel lol sometimes I will count as milk and coffee but it's not much more x

Generally I don't. I drink quite a lot of black coffee but I rarely stray too far over my calories so I don't worry about it.
