IF you are on SS then no milk or soft drinks. You can have water still or sparkling along with CD water flavourings that you can get from your CDC. You can also have 1tsp of marigold savoury drink )low salt one) which you can get from Sainsburys.

your allowed tea and coffee, but no milk.
NO soft drinks at all.
cd do a water flavouring, in orange and berry, and i have this with sparkling water in the evenings and its like a real treat!!!
cd also do a savory drink, a vegetable one, this is a bit like having an oxo cube in a mug!!
your only allowed a tsp of these a day though i think.
apart from that, i think thats it!!
