Dry mouth

Hi

Over the last couple of nights I have been wakening up in the middle of the night with a really really really dry mouth, I have a bottle of water beside the bed but last night was just riduculous. This happen to anyone else?

Yeah I get awful thirsty in the night, I do the same as u just have water to hand, I dont know if anything is wrong tho x

yes. it happens to me all the time and av read that its one of the symptoms of ketosis
