    I AM STARTING TODAY!!!!

    I have got the game sat next to the PS3 and the monitor and bands are out and at the ready...as soon as the little ones are in bed (about 7ish) I am on it....

    I really need to keep it up though!

    Good on ya Mel!! Good start to the September Exercise Challenge :)

    I'm taking my gym stuff to work tmrw for a 20min jog at lunchtime.

    Have arranged to go for a walk before tea a few nights a week with the OH. Running group on a Monday (at least til end of September).

    We can do it!! I'll be here to cheer you on xxx

    Yay, I did it:D..... I am doing a 9wk programme, (on easy) I really enjoyed it actually and am down to do it 4 times a week, let's hope I can stick to it:rolleyes:


    Well done on going for a jog on your lunch hour! I hope you haven't got a physically intensive job though...you do need to rest too!

    Thank you for cheering me on, I need it haha... I will be here cheering you from the sidelines, you sound much more active than me:eek:

    I used to be more active than I am now, just can't find energy some days!!

    I have a desk job so not strenuous at all. I work in Housing Services at Gateshead Council. It's canny most days!! Some days are just mega busy!! If I don't run I will walk :)
