Well... I did it!! my scales have moved that 1lb I needed!!
question is do I count it or not as it wasn't with my CDC?

Either way I'm happy So may well leave it alone.

Of course you count it, what I say I have lost in a week according to my scales normally agrees with my cdc anyway although her scales are out on my actual weight I always weigh less on hers. Well done PH x
