Easter Chalenge, for the longer days and better weather! x

This week was ok for me, until thursday! Went to a cafe and had chips and beans.. kept it within my 1075 calories though.. just felt bad because it wasent 'healthy calories' (Is that wrong?).. Then friday ended up in Pizza hut.. at the buffet. didnt have any pizza though , just salad and pasta and again kept it within my calories. Anyway.. I'm down 6 pounds :D

Hi everyone

I am not going to post my weigh in this week as i got on this morning and i had gained and it has really put me on a downer as i have not gone over. I am going insane now, My sit ups dont seem to be doing my any favours and so everytime i try my bikini on for Maldives i still have wobbly stomach bits :(

I will post next Wednesday, hopefully things will have got better by then.

Thanks to a terrible start to last week (I reigned it in the last couple of days), I have only 1lb loss to report. I know it's good, better than a gain, but it's the lowest loss I've had since I started, so sob! So have to be super good now, have to average 3lb a week to crack this challenge.

I know exactly how you feel, i know i need to still stop weighing everyday but least i know to try becareful after seeing i have gained 2 this week. I cant eat any less than i am!!

Was thinking of trying slimming world for this last half a stone but not so sure....
Calorie counting easier as i can have sauces and stuff and count them in where slimming world id have to look into seeing how much it all is
 
Sorry I've not been on recently, had a few tough weeks and ate tooooo much :wave_cry::break_diet:
Back on track now, I've a big night out next weekend (not this sat but the following), and then my dads surprise 60th b'day party, 5 weeks from today, so I'm aiming to get my 2nd stone by then, so I can get a nice outfit :D
Havn't weighed this week, will leave it till next week so I'v hopefully undone the damage (or some of it).

Well im not weighing in this week as i have put on a lb and i have been doing sit ups, been on exercise bike a few times. I have only lost a few lbs since December and its really REALLY buggin me! TBH i think these challenges are making me feel pressured ina way so il stick this one out but if i dont get anywhere further by the end im not going in for another, i know im moaning and i have come this far but im so stressed, 9 weeks today i fly to Maldives and i wanted to be at 9stone at least by then, at this rate its impossible...
 
Aw Vicky, I bet your really gutted, you have been eating so little cals too! What about trying calorie cycling? Or increase your cals till you go? At least then your body won't be in shock when you go on holiday and then suddenly have lots of hoiday foods and cals? Or were you thinking of sticking to cals when you're away too?
Don't worry about the challenge, you've done fantastic so far, and you WILL GET THERE! :p You really have done so well, so don't beat yourself up, try and be a bit gentler on yourself hun! xx
