When waiting to see a specialist it can seem like an eternity when you either want answers or a treatment plan going forward to manage a condition. I can remember over a 9 month wait years back to see the neurologist when I had a whole array of neurological issues which eventually turned out to be MS in the end i was glad for the diagnosis to know what was wrong. I suspected for a long while I had MS but had no formal diagnosis

12 weeks seems a perfect time to me personally. Enough time to keep me out of mischief for the next 3 months lol .
 
Reached a milestone today for our last Easter weigh in. I have lost 1lb and this takes me to 6.5 stone lost in 18 months. Managed surprisingly to lose 10 during this challenge as weight loss has dramatically slowed down now.
