Thanks, cant help feeling slightly disappointed only becuase I am and have been 100% abstinent and yet others in my group eat, drink and be merry and still lose more than me! Hey-ho I need to average 3 a week to hit my target so its in the right direction. x

Ahhh, but the thing is - you are learning more then them... and that means you will probably be more successful in the long run.

You will probably find at the end that you average about 4 pounds a week - that tends to be what most people do.
