Easter message from my CDC, which i thought would be good to share with my lovely Cambridge buddies for inspiration...

"Holidays can be a challenge when its traditionally a time for families and food!! But remember that this diet is a temporary fixture in your life, and at the end is happiness, clothes in smaller sizes, Increased confidence, healthier lifestyle and healthy food. So when you refuse the chocolate and hot cross buns, think of where you will be in a few months time!!!!"
