Hi everybody!
I was wondering, would you like to share your tips when it comes to exercising? being obese myself, I find it really hard to do a physical activity as it hurts. My GP advised cycling (bought a bike) and walking (I love walking). But do you have any exercises that target a certain muscle or part of your body?
There is one I particularly like to help get rid of fat knees (as I call them, lol). You have to go down on one knee, without totally touching the floor and remain with your back straight. You go down like this on one knee then the other 30 times. It hurts, but it works!!!
