tin of chick peas with curry powder sprinkled in

baked bean lasagne: mix chopped onions, tin of tomatoes, tin of beans, tin of tuna in a casserole dish. add in mixed herbs and garlic. then top with slightly boiled lasagne strips. bake in oven.

mix cottage cheese and some cooked spinach (which is cut into small pieces)
put in some par boiled lasagne sheets and roll up. bake in oven

last but not least

cook some large pasta shells and then stir them in marmite!! deliciouss

some basic recipes, easy to do and with basic store cupboard/fridge ingredients!!
 
oooh fanc the marmite one the only thing i would add to that is probably stir in some quark and some mushrooms too and woiuld make a lovely sauce
 
The baked bean lasagne sounds delicious!
 
I keep meaning to try drained chickpeas with chilli powder sprinkled over and then dried out in the oven, app they are a good free substitute for nuts!
 
i have had the spinach and cottage cheese a number of times this week without the lasagne sheets. really tastey and i am sure a few herbs and spices will make it even better
