Hi, I know what the general idea is of SW but does anybody on here eat free foods unlimited on EE and still lose. ie Could I have a packet of ham for a snack or an egg or soup at 11am and pasta at 1pm???
I guess what I am trying to say is, can I really eat loads and still lose weight???
