Am watching Oprah and she is interviewing Elizabeth Gilbert who wrote 'Eat Pray Love'. Has anyone read it and can give a review please?

Hi - I am afraid I haven't read it, but it is on my wish list at amazon as I overhead a girl on the tube absolutely raving about it to a male friend - hope someone else is able to give some more information before I get to read it!

So those who watched Oprah, what were the main points of the book? Sort of IEing?

It's the middle word in the title that puts me off Is it like Weigh Down in which you use your religious beliefs to help you stop overeating?
