Eaten too much

    Hi all not sure if this is the right place but if just had the biggest dinner a massive plate of pasta was overflowing with frozen peas frozen sweet corn and broccoli with soy sauce salt and cayenne pepper all free right? I also had 4 teaspoons flora buttery 6syns? All other food iv eaten today is free or hex's. Feel so stuffed and bloated and really guilty for eating so much and worried it will affect wi :(
  2. Yes, it is all free but ideally you should have one-third superfree and only the broccoli counts towards that.

    It's tomorrow! Also got last but one wedding dress fitting tomorrow too and couldn't do it up two weeks ago!

    Don't worry it will be fine. Go to the WI and go for the fitting - all with an open mind. After tomorrow you can see what lies ahead.

    Food diary today was 2 alpen lights as hexb my hexa I use as milk in my coffees throughout the day!

    2apples 2oranges and fat free supernoodles

    Tea is gonna be 2slices whole meal toast 6 syns with 2tsp flora buttery 3syns with egg and beans both free

    Then before bed it will be aldi light hot choc 2.5 syns with 3 marshmallows which is 3.5syns

    Means iv had my full 15 syns may not have marshmallows though to save a couple

    How does that look?

    You could change the toast, egg and beans to an omelette or some boiled eggs and have some superfree with it and save yourself 9 syns?

    Do you plan in advance? You could have had the toast as HEXB if you hadn't had the Alpen lights. Egg on toast would have made a good breakfast, perhaps with either mushrooms or tomatoes for the superfree.

    9 times out of 10 I have cereal for breakfast. I have fruit mid morning, and free/SF for lunch and tea. If you can aim to have the one third SF at lunch and teatime then you can't go wrong. It isn't written in tablets of stone and if it's a free meal and no SF then so be it but try to get the SF in wherever you can to get the best out of the plan.

    Here are a couple examples of my days if this helps

    Breakfast - x 2 chocolate Weetabix & Milk (HEXA & HEXB) + 2 syns

    Lunch - SW fry up. Bacon, mushrooms, eggs, beans, tomatoes.

    Tea - Chicken breast with Philadelphia lightest and crushed garlic, wrapped in bacon and baked. Roast butternut squash, red peppers, onions and courgettes. 1.5 syns

    Breakfast - Crunchy Bran & Milk (HEXA & HEXB)

    Lunch - Homemade butternut squash & carrot soup, 3 original ryvitas (4.5 syns)

    Tea - Homemade spag bol (packed with veg), pasta and a bit of extra veg.

    Plus, pineapple, strawberries and onken vanilla yogurt (1 syn)

    Hiya your diet is much better than mine! To be honest iv got 4 kids and 2 step kids and I work full time 7:30-6 so time is not on my side lol! I tend to always take 2 alpen bars and few items if fruit to work to eat whilst I'm there as it's just easier by the time iv made 7 packed lunches I never want to make my own lol! Then I always have a snack when I get in either more fruit and yogurt or supernoodles or even a tin of spaghetti hoops, then I cook kids dinner and I eat around 9pm once they are all in bed, normally I have sw chips as they are my favourite! Sometimes I have them plain with ketchup which I syn, or cheese which I syn or even bread and butter which I syn, I don't like meat so limits me there but I'm a massive carb lover so when my heads on right sticking to plan is easy I do crave crisps and chocolate now and again but for the amount of syns it would use up it doesn't seem worth it!

    Oh bless you, you are a busy lady. It must be very difficult juggling your time to fit everything in.

    If you don't like meat you need to be doing the green plan! You can have 2 HEXA and 2 HEXB :D so you could have the alpen lights and the bread.

    Nothing wrong with SW chips :) I love them. Maybe you could follow someone who does the green plan to give you some ideas and then you and kids could all eat at the same tea to save time. Good luck with everything.

    Hey Hun thanks for your message I'll have to have a look at some green diaries, I'm not really good at navigating on this site yet but will have a search! I took your advice and took boiled eggs and toast to work instead of my cereal bars really enjoyed them! Weigh in wasn't good said us gained 1.5lbs but my wedding dress fits and couldn't even do it up two weeks ago so shoes scales not always helpful! Gonna keep going see how I get on as got last fitting in two weeks!

    I'm so pleased to hear about your dress, you must be so happy :)

    It's true you can't always go by the scales. I hope you get on ok with the Green plan, you might as well have the 2 healthy extras. Good luck!
