Eating at wetherspoons

    Can anyone help with some wetherspoons dinner options on EE? I'm there for dinner tomorrow night and would like something relatively low in syns, but that doesn't make me feel like I'm missing out...

    The only thing I can seem to find that's low are the chicken and pepper skewers and I'm worried they won't be very filling? I like to know I've eaten when I've paid for a meal haha.

    I have the chicken and pepper skewers if we go and they are so filling, you get two kebab sticks with about six chunks of chicken on each, I only ever have one stick but I do add the rice and it comes with a side salad x

    I'd thought they be really small for some reason so thanks for that :) is the rice a side order? It's going to take so much willpower to not order curry like everyone else haha xx

    I've just seen that there's a salmon fillet and JP on there too. I guess that would be ok, as long as I asked for any sauce/dressing on the side?

    On the menu it says under the description add rice or chips as an extra, I always have the rice as the calories are good and i only have one kebab and it fills me up for hours x
