Eating in the light of the moon

Has anyone read this book? It's been recommended to me by a friend. I have found it hard to get going with and wondered if anyone else had read it and if you think it's worth persevering with? I'd be interested in other people's thoughts...

I have not heard of that one but I couldn't read anything that uses this in its blurb:

"... she can be certain that it is her heart basket that needs to be filled."

I would highly recommend one called "confessions of a reformed dieter" by Australian writer and journalist AJ Rochester or "adventures of diet girl" by Shauna Reid. Both really accessible and very very TRUE if you know what I mean!

Ohhhhh I'll look those ones up - thanks! Eating in the light of the moon has some good reviews on amazon but I can't get in to it. Gonna see what these two are like. It's handy being able to download samples of books on your kindle!
