eating my way to a skinny 2013 :)

Hi there, well I've been lurking about the calorie counting forum for a little while as I was doing weight watchers but kept binging at night. Turns out after checking calories I'd at most eat 800 :eek:! No wonder why I'd binge!!

So I've started calorie counting yesterday at 11st3lbs & would like to get down to 9 stone. I don't do much exercise but I do a few school runs which I walk 5 times a week for 2 & a half hours a day.

I'll be doing it the MFP way and stick with 1200 calories a day.
 
So day 2 done :) I ate 1106 calories - apparently its meant to be snowing here over the weekend which will be interesting! Not planning to go out so might put on an exercise DVD so that I'm slightly active over the weekend, though its quite an old one. Looking at reviews for a new one.. might pick up the Josie Gibson one or a Davina one.
 
30 day shred is such a good workout DVD! It's on YouTube too do you could have a little look before you commit to buy :)
 
Day 3 :)

Breakfast is crumpets with margarine and marmite (240 calories)
Lunch will be weight watchers bagel with philly (214 calories)
Dinner I'm not too sure as of yet so will update this later :)
