Eating out at Bella Italia

My friends want to eat out at Bella Italia tomorrow but I have just got back on the horse with SW. What is the best thing to eat? I would normally have Spaghetti pomodoro so was thinking that would be free apart from some syns for the oil?

Also, I know I will cave and have a dessert so figured it is best to plan one. How can I find out the syns for their ice creams? I can't find anything online

I would go for a tomato based pasta and avoid anything bread like or cheese unless you have control on how much goes on.
