Picked up a leaflet at this weeks meeting. Thought the following might be helpful for people doing ww on their own:
4.5 points - Both your thumbs (tip to base) are the size of one portion of cheese, eg. cheddar cheese, 40g
2.5 points - Your palm (minus fingers) equals a portion of meat, fish or poultry, eg. chicken breast, 165g
5.5 points - Your cupped hand equals one portion of nuts or pretzels, eg. 50g of salted or roasted nuts.
0.5 points - Your clenched fist is about the same size as one portion of fruit, eg. peach
