eating out on a dd

I'm not on your programme but saw your query.

Just make up your mind to stay on plan, or swap your day. Staying on plan is possible. Check the calories on line - check out lighter options (one at 310 and another at 350 calories) and hold the dressing to reduce calories.

Best thing to do is to switch it to an up day - it doesn't do any harm to have 2 up days together every once in a while :) x
 
Thanks for the advice I ended up having the spat bol off their light menu and only are half so 150cals then with stirfry tonight I should be about 600ish. Not to bad for my first dd lol
