I would personally stick to Red days, as there will be more places for you to eat fish or steak, chicken etc.
If you have the odd slip up, don't beat yourself up about it, 1 you are on holiday 2 there are plenty of areas that you can walk it off!!

Hiya sue,

One of the ladies from our group went away for a weekend a few weeks ago. When our consultant asked her what she ate she said she used free foods for brekkie and dinner. For example had fruit salad and a mullerlight for brekkie. Egg salad for dinner then at tea time decided if she wanted a red or green day then used all her syns and healthy extras for tea. Hope this helps enjoy your break.:D

I am no expert I am only on day 2, but doesn't that let you choose at each meal, instead of for the full day?

This would be easier when away and then you can just decide what you fancy.
