WI day is Tue 10.15 - had a sneaky peak on scales and mine showing a loss so here's hoping. Feels like it worked though.
 
Monday 17 Oct - Green day

Tea with skimmed milk (HEX A)

2 eggs, potatoes, mushrooms & baked beans (delicious)

planned tea: before Zumba - homemade mint, pea & potato soup plus 4 ryvita (HEX B)
After Zumba - tom pasta n sauce topped with 28g Parmasan (HEX B) & rice pudding (milk left fm allowance, water & sweetner)

1 x HEX A
2 x HEX B
2 syns (extra milk used)

Tue 18 Oct - Extra Easy day today

Bfast (after WI) - Tea with skimmed milk (HEX A) & Hi Fi light bar (HEX B)
Piece weetabix cake at SW group (2 syns)

Lunch – My homemade pea & mint soup. 2 Weight watchers premium pork sausages (1 syns)

Tea - Roast Beef, 4 little SW roasties (flour - 1 syn), swede & carrot, leeks, peas & Tesco cheese instant sauce (3 syns)
Lemon Meringue pie

Just wanted to say well done on your losses so far :) It takes some getting your head around all the different available plans, but good to see that people here are so helpful in pointing us in the right direction.

OMG! That menu looks amazing!!!

Well for a start it's going to be impossible to count the syns so I would recommend going for a flexi day. This means you give yourself a mental allowance of, eg, 40 syns and you keep within this whilst still having your daily syns either side. SW recommend having your syns daily so you don't feel deprived, however, I frequently tighten the syn belt on a Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday after a weekend ;)

You can always choose something from the menu and ask them to serve without the added sauce/dressing or have a little bit on the side.

Just avoid the creamy sauces and aim for something without any extras added, eg, the lamb, fish or a steak.

Full of cold so not in eating mode (stuff doesn't taste right)

snack - 2 alpen light double choc bars (HEX B)
Tea - Tomato pasta n sauce + 28g parmasan (HEX A) and garlic mushrooms and red pepper

2 tastes of homemade mini gingerbread men (3 syns)

Agree with Ali - have a flexi day, enjoy it try and avoid creamy or cheesy sauces if you want to be 'sort of good' - if you feel you want to, ask for any dressings to be served separately and veg not to be cooked in butter

Thur 20th Oct - Red day

Piece of Salmon. Onken Fat Free Vanilla yoghurt (still not well, so can't face anything else)

Lean pork steaks, aunt bessis swede & mash, leek & garlic & gravy (2 syns) homemade warm onion chutney (onions, chinese 5 star spices, balsamic vinegar)
+ 2 chippy chips stolen off oh plate lol (2 syns ????)

Supper - 2 x Alpen light bars (HEX B)

Fri 21st Oct - GREEN DAY

Bfast - Banana / cup tea with skimmed milk (HEX A)
Lunch - Jacket potatoe & 42g reduced fat cheese (HEX B) and lots of salad with salad light & egg
snack - 2 alpen light (HEX B)
Tea - pea & ham soup and low fat chili super noodles and more lettuce (with salad light)
Supper - Uncle Bens risotto - mediterranean veg (3 syns) & 1 vodka & slimline tonic (2.5 syns)

sat 22nd Oct - EE day (as out for tea) so saving HEX's for what ever cheese added etc

Bfast - black tea (yuck!!!) Bacon, plum tomatoes & little bit scrambled egg (made for me so not sure if milk added - didn't taste buttery at all so hoping non added.
lunch - Banana, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms & 2 WW sausages (1 syn)
1 Belgian chocolate shell (feel hormonal so NEED IT! - just greatful behaved & only had 1) - 2.5 syns?
Tea - Italian at Don Giovannis ????


Syns - No idea but only had 22 syns so far this week (out of poss 50)

Ended up eating:
Starter - Fig, mozzerella, basil leaves & hunny
Main - Fillet steak, mushrooms, toms, green beans with tomato & garlic
Pudding - Lemon Sorbet
and 1 glass red wine.
