The only thing i can see is , those fishcakes you were eating on a red day did they have potato in thrm? If so, they may be higher in syns than you thought?

Other than that, and the water drinking i can't think of anything hun x

I did wonder about those - but the SW online directory says free but not risking them again lol x
 
Thanks for all your support. I know im over reacting, but i've been going through some awful emotional issues with my family and i think my way of coping has been to focus entirely on sw so when not worked as i thought i just lost it a bit.
BUt going to try and be tad more rational this week.

2 eggs, potatoes fried in frylight & baked beans (was ymmy!!!) :eat:

Homemade Pea & Mint soup & 4 cheese scones (potato flakes, egg, cottage cheese & ikkle bit milk) 1 Syn

snack - another cheese scone with hm carmalised onions

Tea - Jkt potato with baked beans, 4 Aldi light cheese triangle (HEX A) & lots and lots lettuce salad light & HM caramilised onions
Toffee muller yoghurt

4 ryvita (HEX B) - 2 with 42g low fat cheese (HEX B) & hm caramilised onions
2 with 1 tbls Nuttela (4 syns)

I get a bit like that hun ... slightly fixated on SW to avoid all else going on! I like to have a project ;)

I would say all the things that Deb says above ... watery fruit, lots of veg & lots of fluid and lots of love and support from family, friends and Minnies :D

2011 branded free food Book & online diretory says free on EE & red day and 1 syn for chili sauce but could be that Aldi have changed their recipe.
Either way, lesson learnt - don't risk it lol.

But organised this week so lets pray for a result on Tue lol x

Nah, if it says its free, its free hun. Unlikely to be the issue x

Haven't had a HEX B & only 1 syn today (miracle lol)

Have you thought about doing rice pudding hun if you get sweet cravings? Pudding Rice, Milk (or even the Kara Coconut milk thats a HEA now) with nutmeg and artificial sweetener (or if you're me a couple of spoons of sugar - worth the syns). Heat it in the microwave for 15 mins. Its AMAZING. As you usually do Red or green days you have an extra HEA if you need it!

The strange thing is, i don't normally crave sugar but this last few weeks, i've had horrid virus, now full of cold and all i want is sugar.

Still full of cold but don't feel as tired despite busy weekend (spent all day satureday face painting at friends kids party lol - but cause busy didn't go near the buffet).
WI tomorrow morning so fingers crossed for something, although had night off (flexi syns) sat night & only exercised once (compared to 3 times normally) so shud be happy with sts really.
Hoping will feel more motivated if cud get rid of this cold.

Well it's weigh in day tomorrow so I would avoid anything salty ... no crisps or savoury biscuits!

How about a bowl of fruit with some squirty cream or 2% Total? Maybe a meringue nest too! Woo hoo!!
