Eating right to be slimbysummer

I have enjoyed it, although def not felt as energetic as normal (but prob cause normally have green days, whereas had all red days so far this week).
Id forgotton how much i love fish so def going to have more in my diet now.
Let me know how you get on with your fishy week. Im hoping rewarded on scales Tue am x
 
Sunday 6 Nov - red day

tea with milk (HEX A)

Lunch - lettuce, tom, cucumber, salad light, fish sticks, hard boiled eggs

Tea - Tuna Omlette (tinned tuna, onion, eggs, toms, grapes) & 42g half fat cheese (HEX A)
1 TBLSP extra virgin oil (HEX B) - run out of fry light!

Bfast - 1.5 scan bran (1.5 syns) with fresh pinapple & cottage cheese (made more but not nice!)
Aldi cereal bars (1/2 HEX B)

Lunch - seafood stir fry
Hi Fi light bar (1/2 HEX B)

Tea - B4 Zumba - Banana sandwich (wm bread - HEX B)
(after Zumba) Tuna steaks (marinated balsamic vin, garlic, chilie, ginger) & lots & lots of stir fry veg
Muller toffee yoghurt

Total syns this week - 65 & sooooo much fish

There's no point in me saying it will catch up next week as that's just not what you want to hear right now :rolleyes:

Could it be the exercise hun - any change to your body shape??

Did you have a chat with your consultant?
 
Didn't chat to C as she always busy talking to new ones so can only chat to her either during group weight loss/gain bit or at end of class (2hrs later). when talked to her b4 she's seems dismissive as if im doing something wrong - she's only interested in the highest weight loss and EE (neither of which i am doing)

Not sure about change in shape yet - all i see is a ball with legs. Hubby recons can see change, but i think he's biased and loves me whatever shape i am lol

Will give it another week but at this moment, can't stop crying - ridiculous i know.

How about taking some measurements so you can see if there is any change to your body shape?

Other than that I can only see keep at it hun ... you are actually doing really well! I have no idea why it is not showing on the scales :confused:

Looking at my food diaries, thinking maybe i'm not eating enough super free / speed foods - what ya think.
Could that be why not loosing???

Any ideas / meals to increase these???

Trying to remotivate myself but need lots of help this week as struggling.

How is your fluid intake?

When you eat a lot of fiber you need extra fluid.

Like you I like bananas and I have cut back to one a day and I feel it is making a difference along with upping my fluid intake.

Prob don't drink as much as i should - will try and increase.
Think im just looking for any reason why not working for me, then i'd feel in control again.
 
But it is working you have lost every week or at least stayed the same since you started apart from this one which is most likely down to not drinking enough.

12lbs off is brilliant and it won't be long before it is a stone...once you break the first stone mentally you will feel more confident about the diet and yourself.

Just hang in there and see if upping your water intake this week helps.

7 speed, 7 water, 7 syns
Think I'm generally ok on 2 of the 3 - but water.....definitely not enough / we'll see tomorrow if it's made any difference

Well, you've done the fishy week, I think because you do a lot of red days, it wasn't as successful as someone that does EE or a lot of green.
Try mushy pea curry
Cod (HEB) SW chips & mushy peas
SS soup
Melon, strawberries, grapefruit


Remember - stick to plan this week, you'll see it come off
 
The only thing i can see is , those fishcakes you were eating on a red day did they have potato in thrm? If so, they may be higher in syns than you thought?

Other than that, and the water drinking i can't think of anything hun x
