Eating when on Total Solution

Hi, will I completly ruin my first/last 6 days on the Total Solution, if I have a chicken salad, no dressing today? I'm expected to join in the work lunch, so ordered a salad, :eating: but would it be better is I stick to a shake and be the odd one out? Any advise? Thaks ever so.

check out the Sticky on the main forum entitled 'ketogenic foods'. if the ingredients in the salad are on that list and there is no dressing, it should be fine to eat. but you might be tempted by food again for a few days after. :)

You won't Pooge. You are allowed to have chicken and a few salad leaves. You could always leave some too if you are concerned just pick out the chicken and eat that.
I would have chicken some days and I think it's a sanity saver.

Agree with all of the above - a little chicken salad wont spoil things in the slightest - if anything the only thing that would spoil it for me would be the SALAD!!! PMSL!!... just dont have any croutons with it, no dressing etc... it will only be a few extra calories that go in your body which in the grand scheme of things wont make a difference unless you plan on eating an entire chicken..!! .. just enjoy your meal and get back on plan the next day! However, depending on how you feel you would also be perfectly in your right to sit there with a shake...!!! xx
