Not sure what you mean? Plain old fresh edamame beans themselves are free but if it's a processed thing in a pot we'd need to know the brand and product name or nutritional info.

No in their natural pod (like peas in a pod) that you pop out yourself so is just the plain old bean inside - japanese thing

edamame beans are free on green or extra easy days, in fresh or frozen variety
they wont be free on red, as they are a soy bean.
be aware though that the dried salted snack variety of edamame beans will not be free, they will be synned the same as synning a packet of crisps, so 1 syn for every 20 calories.
