What do you have for breakfast?
I tend to have: Banana or berries on cereal, or tomatoes and mushrooms with a cooked breakfast.
Fruit salad and yoghurt.

Fruit! I always have fruit with breakfast, but on the rare occasion I have time to cook a breakfast I have mushrooms and onions! nom nom x

my consultant says to try to have teh 1/3 superfree over the whole day i try to have fruit with breakfast and have sf with lunch and 'hide' sf veg in my dinner

This is exactly the reason I don't get EE so for breakfast if your eating free food i.e. Bacon and eggs yes you need superfree to limit cal intake at that meal? But if you was going to have porridge and milk both HEX why the 3rd superfree surely that would be just eating more for the sake of it?

It helps fill you up and uses energy to digest as well as all the vitamins and minerals you get. Fuller for longer because they are high in fibre. May help you eat less at lunch too.

And breakfast really kicks starts your metabolism. you can feel hungier quicker when you eat breakfast. I guess the superfree helps limit this by still making you feel fuller.
