I want to make a fish pie - I have smoked haddock, cod, prawns etc but I need a creamy/cheesy/herby sauce so that it doesn't dry out. There's nothing on the SW website that helps much, wondered if you could advise? I have eggs, fromage frais, low fat cheddar etc and herbs - just need info! The only ones I've noticed below have gravy (weird I think) or tomatoes which I'm not keen on!
