EE -HEB wholemeal pitta

Hi can anyone tell me if i can have a wholemeal pitta as my HEB and if it weighs 70grams am i right in thinking i syn the extra 10grams as 1 syn? (was told this by someone else this is how you work out extra syns for the extra weight) ?

Only i want to use it to make pizza base for my evening meal with salad ;o)

The only pitta bread which is a b choice is the co op whole meal pitta. Anything else is a tweak!!!
Asda whole meal Pitt was a b choice but not sure if these are still around.
