Had this for tea was really yummy and easy ,used dried herbs and spices rather than the fresh in the recipe to cut costs but it still tasted really nice :)

Beef stock cube with 7 fl oz water ,add diced onions cook for 15 mins ,add cumin ,ginger,curry powder,bbq seasoning(optional) and the extra lean beef mince,brown for 5 mins,add 1/2" cubed carrots and 2 tins of tomatoes ,simmer for 1hr add coriander ,frozen peppers and sugar snap peas and cook for 10 more mins.
