EE lunches

I need some help.I am going to try doing EE tomorrow, so if i use my HExA HexB on brekkie..what can i have for lunch? I am going to do spaghetti and meatballs for dinner..but cannot decide what to have lunchtime.
Any ideas?

chicken and bacon salad
homemade quarter pounders

I'm doing EE today and had some tilda jasmine rice with a tin of crab meat, sweetcorn and salad - yum!

Spanish omlette is the plan for tomorrow.
