Hi,

Does anyone know if you can use your Hxa and b for bread . I.e 4 slices of nimble wholemeal as your healthy extra a and b ?

Just for your B, so that would only be 2 slices of Nimble. Anymore than that and you will have to syn it.

No, your HEa is either milk or cheese so bread doesn't count I'm afraid. You would have to syn it if you have any more than the two slices.
