    Morning all,

Just got a quick question about EE.

Do you have to have both meat and carbs with each meal? I mean, on Saturday the only meat I ate was a little bit of roast beef and the rest of the day was veg and carbs. Is that enough meat to warrent an EE day?

    Thanks xx

It depends how much meat you actually had, it may have been enough for you to have a green day. You don't have to eat meat and carbs with each meal if you don't want to. If i do extra easy i normally have like sausages, beans , toast and egg for brekkie, maybe a pasta n sauce for lunch and then have meat potatoes and veg for dinner. I don't normally have meat along with my lunches on EE. But i just love the fact i can have sausages with my brekkie and not have to weigh the meat at dinner and just have as much as i want.
