Well another 6pounds of fat banished away this week never to return. Very pleased with myself and my 100% TFRbring on this week

Thanks Hun, was super chuffed to get in the twelves now bring on the elevens. Have a goal of 10stone 7lbs, but pharmacist said if I get to target and I feel I want to lose more I can go to 10stone 1lb....will see how I feel and look at 10stone 7lbs though. God I love hippo trim. Xxx

Thankyou honey.....seeing the weight go is the best feeling ever.in all honesty i didn't really see much change until the last week when i ran for the bus and my size 18linen trousers tied at there tightest were down under my bottom,thank heavens for my long cardigan....i put on a size 14jeans two days so they buttoned with ease and felt comfortable
