Hi. Everyone, I'm a newbie here and haven't a book to refer to so am gaining all my low carb knowledge from here. Just wondered how much jelly is ok to have as I'm craving something sweet? Also can anyone recommend any other sweet low carb treats?
I'm in induction phase and so far had the sugar free jelly. I weighed myself and still stayed the same weight. I was on cambridge diet and couldn't go on with the idea of not having a meal with my family. No, I know why. Thanks.
