Eek... How much jelly?

Hi. Everyone, I'm a newbie here and haven't a book to refer to so am gaining all my low carb knowledge from here. Just wondered how much jelly is ok to have as I'm craving something sweet? Also can anyone recommend any other sweet low carb treats?

As long as you are no longer in induction Tenney. I have about ¼ pint of sugar free jelly with cream. Have a look at the recipe thread for more ideas.

The s/f stuff does stall people so try not to have more than 2-3 a week, say.

I'm in induction phase and so far had the sugar free jelly. I weighed myself and still stayed the same weight. I was on cambridge diet and couldn't go on with the idea of not having a meal with my family. No, I know why. Thanks.

I've been told the sweetener in the SFJ can stall.
