eek! peeing on a stick??

I've just been looking at some of the other LLL posts and have read about peeing on a stick at meetings! I've got my first meeting tonight - do we really?? I'm on my third day and have been constantly in the loo, but you can bet I shan't be able to "go" tonight!

I read this as well but I've never peed on a stick for LLL, maybe it's something you only do if you're on the total?

Hi Ladies..I did LL a few years back and yes we always pee'd on a ketosis stick.. I think it's so your counselor can make sure you sticking to the plan (you'll be in ketosis if you are)

OMG youre kidding!! They make you pee on a stick... what happens if youre not in ketosis do you get kicked out? What happens if you refuse to??

I couldnt/wouldnt do that. Its noones business but mine if Ive been 100% or not.

my llc did it to check it was mid pink, not too dark, she wanted to make sure we were consuming enough water, not dehydrated. we didnt have to if we didnt want to though xx

Last night was my first weigh in, though I've been doing it since Saturday. No peeing this time, but I've been told I need to each week and show the stick when I get weighed. haha!
