Effective Belly Busting

I'm just wondering if anyone had any effective belly busting excercises? Most of the weight I need to lose appears to be gathered around the belly and love handle area, and wondered what has worked for people as I know this is a question with no definitive answer!

I already run 3 miles 3 times a week and play badminton twice a week and footy once a week so my CV stuff I think is pretty good. Just wanted some advice on focussing the loss I guess!
