Effects of TOTM?

I read someone else ask this too - how are some of your longer term lipotrimmers finding your TOTM affects your losses?
Its my second WI tomorow and my TOTM and although ive been 100% the loss isnt looking so good but I do usually pile pounds on during my TOTM.

I think it really does vary from person to person. Some weeks i'm fine and others I seem to hold onto a little extra water. I goto weigh in with the expectation that I may not lose too much that week and then if I do its a bonus, if not well I know that the following week usually makes up for it. You should probably look at your overall monthly loss as it should be approx 1st per month. Hope this helps.
