Egg Noodles

They're supposedly free on green... Yet when you buy them, they're dressed in oil and therefore, quite a few syns!

Can they be bought without oil, and if so, where?

Looking through my book i see brands of dried egg noodles that are free are; Asda, Blue Dragon and Sharwood. The Tesco ones say "egg noodles dressed in oil" I think I am right in saying the fresh ones aren't free, same as fresh pasta.
Look for the dried ones, usually with the dried pasta.
Hope this helps,

Yep, like pasta, it's the dried stuff that is free.

The fresh or pre-cooked ones are the ones that have syns as they're coated in oil to stop them sticking. Same with the microwaveable rice.
