There's no restriction on them! Used to be that 'experts' thought they contributed to high cholesterol but that's not the case any more. I'd say the science has changed rather than eggs! LOL!
However, I am a believer in 'moderation' in everything. Two eggs a day is no probs at all, but personally I wouldn't be having more than that, cos I think variety in one's diet is a good thing. Just like having different fruits, not always having jp and beans each lunchtime...
So I'd say, eat your eggy eggs and enjoy em!
