Eggs whole or just white part

How many points are eggs scrambled 1, 2 and 3 no butter or oil added here

Also how many points is just the egg white

I made scrambled eggs using one whole egg and the white only from another egg, added a pinch of spices and herbs (not counting that as will burn that off easily) and drop of water, but not sure on the points to put in my WW Diary app / widget I downloaded for android smart phones


Can't afford to go weight watchers meetings or do it online so the app/widget and this site are a life saver.

Eggs are 2 for medium,3 got large. One egg white is zero points. Most herbs and spices are zero for the amount you'd use to cook with.

Thanks for the reply much appreciated, gona put that in my phone now (think it is what I thought it might be from when I was a paying member)

Oh quick question, is it double for 2 eggs or not say 3 points for two medium eggs and 5 points for 2 large eggs? The most we have ever used in one go is 3 ut that usually includes one egg white
