Am I aloud eggs on 790 and 1000 kals?
M MissPiggyFi somebody shrink me 17 March 2007 #2 I don't think you can on 790, but I have no idea about 1000. I'm sure someone who knows more will be along with more answers! Have you looked in your cambridge book? If it's not on the list then it's not worth risking!

Yep!! your right, you are allowed 1 boiled egg with small slice granary bread with scraping of very low fat spread on the 1000kcal, unfortunatly not allowed on 790kcal according to yellow weight care book.:sigh:
