so i forgot my packs today and only thing i had handy was eggs so i had eggs for breakfast lunch and dinner today

now i just need to know what damage ive done if any

If that's all you had, then no damage done diet wise...

2 eggs = 1 pack (calorie wise)

The only thing you've missed are nutrients, but if it's just one day - I wouldn't worry about it.

Well done for making a smart choice and sticking to protein. :)

thanks very much i just hope im not gonna get either constipated or be stuck ont he toilet lol

could have been worse, probs better than having loads of chicken or something else, maybe pop a multivit
 
Youll be fine then.
I know some people think lots off eggs can be bad but I think theyre a great food, full of nutrition!
